Covering approximately 154.3 ha, Southleigh is land situated between Denvilles and Emsworth that is identified as a proposed strategic housing site in the Borough’s emerging Local Plan, and capable of accommodating up to 2,100 dwellings and a local centre.

The site is located near to three train stations, allowing easy access to London (Waterloo and Victoria), Portsmouth, Southampton and Brighton. There are bus links connecting the site with surrounding settlements including Havant, Emsworth, Rowlands Castle, Portsmouth, Bognor Regis and Chichester.

Southleigh provides a unique opportunity to offer existing and future residents the best of town and country living.

Key opportunities include:

• Creation of a mixed use village centre within walking distance of all proposed housing that could include a primary school, a nursery/pre-school, play areas, a local shop and a pub/cafe
